Dependable and Flexible

Easy to book on their no-frills website, these guys are dependable and flexible. We use them regularly to get to and from DTW and when plans change, they are only an em away.

To be honest, based on my previous experience with them. I will give them 3 or 4. But today I had a really bad experience. I called them to reserve an airport shuttle tomorrow morning 4:00 am. The guy is very rude. Keep saying they can do nothing. I asked how about 4:30 am, he said 'no'. But apparently I could reserve online for 4:30 am. I have never had such a bad experience!!! I feel so insulted.

You can call the company to reserve a seat to take you to the airport anytime, 24/7. No matter what time your flight is, they charge the same amount of money. The transportation is a big SUV. It is comfortable and spacious. The driver is usually on time to pick you up. And they accept credit card payment, too.

Custom Transit provides wonderfully convenient service. Every time we need to get to the airport in the very morning, Custom Transit is definitely the best choice, in which way we don't need to ask for help from friends who might rather stay home sleep. They have different rates for shuttle and taxi. Shuttle is more economical. The seats are comfortable.
