great

this place is a fairly good japanese restaurant to eat lunch. good service.

Great sushi and appetizers, can be very busy on weekends - so expect a lengthly dining experience.

I've eaten at Yotsuba a few times a month since it's inception and only had a so-so meal on two occasions. The use real crab in their california rolls, and everything is very fresh (not like on the coast - but this is Michigan so it's darn good for the region). Some of my favorites at Yotsuba are the Mackrel Boxed sushi, Wakame Salad, Nikutitake' Beef, Golden Scallop appetizer, and their selection of Ramen/Udon soups. Their Gyoza aren't any good - but all the other appetizers I've tried are delicious. Their desserts are quite pretty and small enough to not overwhelm/be wasteful. The service can be slow when they are busy - but I figure this is a good thing as no rolls have been pre-made/sitting in a cooler all day.

Good sushi, not the best

Yotsubi does offer good sushi at typical Japenese sushi prices, however something worriesome is they do not have handrolls on the menu unless you specifically ask for them, they have a pretty good desert selection, nice ambiance, overall you will not leave dissapointed.

Good sushi, Bad curry

The service was very slow. The check was fast though cause, perhaps, they were so ready to close after lunch hours. We haven't even ordered the dessert yet, and there came the check. However, the sushi was pretty good, but not the best. Don't order curry, it wasn't that good. All the desserts look yummy. I ordered Tiramisu. It tasted more like coffee cake. It was yummy though (as a coffe cake, not Tiramisu).

Extremely slow...

The sushi here is not bad and there's a variety of dishes to choose from. However, the service was so slow! Maybe Saturday nights are extremely busy, but there's no reason why it should take an hour for food to come and half an hour for the bill to appear when you're done eating. I give the food an 8, but I'm downgrading the restaurant to a 7.5 because it was ridiculously slow.
